Sunday, October 4, at 10:00 a.m. Meet at the Maple Corner Community Center. Join Christine Badalamenti Smith of the Calais Conservation Commission for a guided session in the newly conserved Fitch Forest. The group will walk a short distance along one of Calais' town trails to a spot in the forest where Christine will lead a guided experience meant to awaken your senses, reconnect you with the natural world, and engage your inner wild. No experience needed. Free and open to all.
